Most multivitamin & minerals include it as standard, but here you have the same great formula as our Advanced Multi but without any extra iron. Some people also choose to avoid vitamin A, preferring to take beta-carotene which the body can convert to vitamin A according to need – so this is ideal for them too. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
