Our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is manufactured from organically grown apples from organic certified and inspected orchards. It is unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally fermented to retain the ‘mother’, a highly nutritious bacterial culture, traditionally prized for its health benefits.
Shake before use. Take 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) with 1 cup of water and 1 tsp of unpasteurised honey (optional) up to 3 times a day.
